Welt Electronic was founded in 1985 from a synergy between three partners who, each with a different expertise, all came from the industrial electronic sector. The same partners are still the owners of the Company today.

Over the years, while acquiring new competencies and skills, we increasingly specialized in passive components, thermally-conducive insulators and LED devices. As to distribution, we reached a domestic market share of 17%.
Welt Electronc has distinguished itself for the high quality of the services offered to its customers, both from an engineering and a marketing point of view. This led us to obtain, among the very first entities of the industry, the ??? certification in 1997.

With a focus on ICT technology trends, Welt Electronic invested in the most state-of-the-art software to maximize the automation of its activities and for a continuous improvement of the support offered to its customer base. Organization
The purpose of our external organization is to continuously extend our Sales Network on the entire national territory and in Eastern Europe. All our sales agent are equipped with portable PCs and Blackberry devices with WI-FI connections to keep constantly in touch with the Florence headquarters and exchange data and information in real time, includign during their visits in our customers' sites.
