2 Segment String LED Open Reactivate IC with low voltage drop General Description

A DR264-12 is a 2 segment open-reactivate device for serially connected LED lighting applications. Each segment of DR264-12 protects one LED which is parallelly connected with the segment. The maximum allowed bypass current for a DR264-12 is 1A. The maximum voltage drop is less than 0.5V for saving energy and reducing heat, while a DR264-12 is in operation to by-pass an open LED connected in a serial-chained LED lighting application.

- Maximum bypass current: 1 A
- The voltage drop of one bypass segment at 1A bypass current: <0.5V
- Reverse protection current of TO252 package: 1A
- Reverse protection current of SOT-23 package: 400mA
