There are different pathways to achieving a goal, different roads for becoming a quality company capable of replying to a need with a solution.
For us, one of these roads is UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification.
Besides the entry into force of the GDPR regulation in May 2018, another important milestone was achieved by our Quality & Certification Manager, who has capably managed the transition to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard that will go into effect in September 2018.
The main changes in terms of quality management see greater attention paid to the themes of leadership, assessing the needs of interested parties and the context of the organization, and for the first time, “Risk Based Thinking” is introduced as an element to start from in organizing your own management system and improving upon it.
The conclusion of the July 2018 audit that took place at Welt Electronic SpA was positive and in particular the Certification Authority reported that Welt’s management of risks and opportunities is well-conducted and complete.
Welt Electronic will continue to make progress in this area in consideration of the next audit that will occur in 2019, while prioritizing the constant improvement of the company’s organizational structure, with the aim of maintaining its competitive lead that is based on customer recognition of its high quality services.
